Our quick brand guide
These are examples, not a complete list. We also consider similar high-quality brands. We look for current styles from roughly the last couple of years. The exception is classic vintage designer pieces with lasting appeal. Acceptance depends on condition, style, quality, and current demand.
🟢 GREEN LIGHT — Brands we love
Designer: Chanel, Hermès, Louis Vuitton, Gucci, Prada, Saint Laurent, Celine, Bottega Veneta, Dior, Burberry, Fendi, Loewe, Miu Miu, Valentino, Ferragamo, and similar luxury labels.
Premium and boutique: Smythe, Theory, Eileen Fisher, rag & bone, Veronica Beard, Anine Bing, Vince, Toteme, Isabel Marant, and similar high-quality brands.
Premium denim: FRAME, Mother, Citizens of Humanity, AG, Paige, 7 For All Mankind, and similar premium denim labels.
Activewear and outerwear: Lululemon, Alo Yoga, Arc’teryx, Mackage, Canada Goose, Patagonia, Vuori, Rudsak, Soia & Kyo, Judith & Charles, and similar premium brands.
Men’s designer: Gucci, Prada, Burberry, Saint Laurent, Moncler, Canada Goose, Stone Island, Zegna, Canali, Hugo Boss, Ralph Lauren Purple Label, and similar designer or premium menswear brands.
We also love leather and suede, cashmere, wool, silk, quality knitwear, well-made outerwear, premium denim, and classic vintage designer pieces such as vintage Coach bags.
🟡 YELLOW LIGHT — Selected pieces
Some pieces from Zara and other contemporary brands may be considered if the fabric, construction, style, and condition stand out. A quality leather jacket may be a fit, while basic T-shirts and lower-priced basics usually are not.
🔴 RED LIGHT — Brands we don’t accept
SHEIN, Forever 21, American Eagle, Reitmans, Walmart clothing brands, and similar low-cost fast-fashion or basic mall-chain labels.
Condition standards: Items must be clean and in excellent or very good condition. We cannot accept items with stains, holes, damage, significant pilling, major shrinkage, or excessive wear.
Footwear: Shoes and boots must be clean and in excellent condition, including the soles. Dirty or heavily worn bottoms will not be accepted.
How to bring in your items
Sunday walk-ins
Walk in anytime between 12 PM and 5 PM on Sundays. No appointment is needed. Please check our brand guide first so you know what we’re looking for.
Weekday appointments
We open appointment times online occasionally when availability allows. Check for current openings. Some weeks, there may be no appointments available.
Prefer to send photos first?
This is optional. Email us photos or message us on Instagram or Facebook so we can give you an idea of whether your items may be a fit.
Simply send us clear photos of the pieces you’d like to consign. We’ll take a look and let you know if they may be a fit. Final acceptance and pricing are confirmed in person.

Choose store credit and receive an additional 10%.
The standard consignment period is 60 days. Pickup and donation terms are confirmed in the consignment agreement when items are accepted.
